1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of abcgoindia.com and the ABCGO INDIA Platforms – the Smart Job Portal, Service Platform, School Management System and Online Shop. By using any Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Anyone younger may use the Platforms only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, or through their school.

3. Your Account

• Give accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and OTPs private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.

4. Our Services

Smart Job Portal

We help job seekers and employers find each other. We review listings, but we do not guarantee any job, interview or hire, and we are not a party to any employment agreement. ABCGO INDIA never asks job seekers for money in exchange for a job – report any such request to us.

Service Platform

We connect customers with verified local service partners such as electricians, plumbers, cleaners and personal care professionals. Partners are independent professionals, not our employees. Prices, timings and cancellation rules are shown at the time of booking.

School Management System

Schools use our cloud-based ERP under a separate agreement or subscription plan. The school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for having the right to share it with us.

Online Shop

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive payment. For custom t-shirt printing, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the designs you upload. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Prices, Payments and Refunds

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Returns, replacements and refunds follow the policy shown on the product or service page. Custom-printed products can be returned only if they are damaged or defective.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, offensive or illegal content, including fake jobs or fake reviews;
• impersonate any person or business;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• copy, scrape or resell any part of the Platforms without our written permission; or
• use the Platforms for any purpose that breaks Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

The ABCGO INDIA name, logo, website design, software and content belong to ABCGO INDIA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you give us a licence to use it as needed to run the Platforms.

8. Disclaimer

The Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep them accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the acts of employers, service partners, sellers or other users, though we will help resolve disputes where we can.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ABCGO INDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product concerned.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate ABCGO INDIA for any loss or claim caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platforms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users at risk. You may stop using the Platforms and ask us to close your account at any time.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute amicably. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use the Platforms after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
